Having lived and worked in the Portland area for over 35 years, Bob knows what it feels like to be on the home buying side - how exciting, and at times, how stressful that can be. Also as a seller, he will understand that you want a quick sale and at the highest price possible. He would like to work with you to make these things happen.
Bob started his career in the banking industry and spent 8 years in mortgage and construction lending. When he became a certified public accountant, he audited construction and mortgage companies, and then became the Chief Financial Officer for two construction companies. Knowing how the lending and building businesses work from the inside out will enable him to help guide you through the financial side of real estate as well.
Not only am Bob a number’s guy, but he loves working with people and finding out what your desires and expectations are when it comes to buying or selling. He’ll be available when you need him, enthusiastic about helping you determine your criteria, honest with you about the home, and realistic throughout the transaction.
He won’t waste your time showing you homes that don’t fit your criteria or your budget but he will search for gems that you may not have known about otherwise. Together, he will work to get you into the right neighborhood, school district, and house that fits your needs and your dreams.
